Return Policy: If you are not happy with your ordered item, you can return it within 14 days after you received it. Shipping costs for returned items have to be payed in full by the buyer. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the costs for the item, but not for the initial shipping to the address you provided.

If a cassette is damaged during shipping, we will replace it or refund your payment, depending if the item is still in stock. We appreciate it not to ask for a refund when just the box is broken.

When a shipped item is missing, we will initiate a search request via Deutsche Post/ DHL, all items are sent with tracking. Should it be lost, we will send you a replacement item or refund your payment, depending if the item is still in stock.
